Inspire Friday's, a FREE session designed to beat the January blues, find inspiration and get creative. We meet at OTC 10-12pm every Friday through January and February!
Community Gardening Sessions Join us at the OTC Therapy Garden every Thursday Morning from 10.00 am to learn valuable skills and get fit in our 'Green Gym' (aka Digging Hoeing and Raking ) Meet new friends and have fun whilst experiencing the benefits of the great outdoors.
Mindful Meetups to develop Mindful Mentors. If you've attended our Mindfulness course (or equivalent) feel free to come along to these free sessions to support one another in your daily practice. These sessions are led by members and give you the opportunity to interact with like minded people. Tuesday 11am-12pm (weekly) and Tuesday 7pm-8pm (fortnightlyCrochet Club - a twice weekly friendly club run by the talented Torty B. Come along and learn new skills, develop old ones and make new friends. You can even bring your knitting or sewing if that's more your bag. £5 per session

Boxing and Circuits - Get fit, learn new skills and feel great at one (or both if you have the energy) of these weekly classes. All exercises tailored to individuals needs. Small groups setting and Sporty B is a great teacher. Mondays 6-7pm or 7.15-8.15pm. £5 per sessionTai Chi Mixed Ability - Weekly class 2-3pm Tuesdays. Brian will show you how to fully experience this wonderfully relaxing and healing discipline. Suitable for all abilities. £5 per session
