Do you want to learn yoga? OTC are offering beginners yoga
sessions which are not only a wonderful way to take care of yourself physically
but also to learn to understand how to unite the mind, body and spirit. Aside from the physical benefits which include
improved flexibility, muscle strengthening and weight reduction, one of the
best benefits of yoga is how it helps a person manage stress, which is known to
have devastating effects on the body and mind. Stress can reveal itself in many
ways, including back or neck pain, sleeping problems, headaches, drug/alcohol
overuse and Yoga can be very effective in developing coping skills and reaching
a more positive outlook on life.
Tuesday 9.15-10.15am: Wed 10.30-11.30am (Gentle) Wed 7-8pm,: Thursday 6-7pm: Thurs 7.15-8.15pm (Mens Only) Saturday 1-2pm

OTC are offering a 9-week Mindfulness workshop that will help you to combat excessive thinking that can lead to negativity and stress. This workshop will teach you the skills you need to feel calmer, happier, clearer, more connected and grateful. Mindfulness is proven to reduce stress, anxiety, depression and worry as well as many more emotional and physical benefits. Learn to take control of your wellbeing and happiness through the wisdom and practice of Mindfulness.
