PURPOSE Why do we process your personal data?

Outside The Cave process the information provided by clients in order to provide a better experience of our wellbeing courses and online resources.

We store the information provided by service providers related to the wellbeing sector in order to provide a complete profile for the sales and project managers. The managers take this information into account in order to evaluate the suitability of the supplier for the projects and to assign them. Automated decisions will not be made based on this information.

How long will we store your data?

In the case of clients, the data provided will be kept as long as the deletion is not requested by the party concerned and will be destroyed after a period of 4 years from the last confirmation of interest. In the case of service providers, the data provided will be kept as long as the deletion is not requested by the party concerned.

WE DO NOT KEEP ANY OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA RELATING TO PAYMENTS. THESE ARE PROCESSED THROUGH PAYPAL.

LEGITIMACY What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data?

The legal basis for the processing of your data is the execution of the agreement for the provision of services. The prospective offer of services is based on the consent that is requested and a rejection of the budget will not condition the confidentiality of the data under any circumstances.

The legal basis for the processing of your data as a supplier is based on the conditions with which you become part of the supplier database, through the acceptance of the Supplier Contract and non-Disclosure Agreement. The information collected (CVs, diplomas, professional associations, quotations etc.) is only used internally.

RECIPIENTS Who are the recipients of your data?

The data provided by clients will be processed internally, including the processing of personal data or the company in question. When personal data is also part of the wellbeing project, it will be communicated to the wellbeing service providers when deemed appropriate by the business managers.

Outside The Cave use a project management and suppliers system that complies with the European Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

RIGHTS What are your rights when you provide us with your information?

Anyone has the right to obtain confirmation on whether Outside The Cave is processing personal data concerning them, or not. Parties concerned have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

In certain circumstances, the parties concerned may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case we will only keep it for the exercise or defense of claims. The personal data we process at Outside The Cave originate from the request for information relating to wellbeing courses and resources and the prospective search for suppliers. We also deal with information obtained through the company’s different email addresses.
