Outside the Cave is a thriving community wellbeing centre located in Edwinstowe, Nottinghamshire, the heart of Sherwood Forest. We have delivered high quality yoga classes, workshops, events and retreats since our opening.
The 200 hour YTT course will be ran by senior and experienced yoga teacher Sara Reed, who holds over
500 hours of yoga training and over 3000 hours of experience. Our course is Yoga Alliance accredited and means once completed you can teach yoga worldwide.
