Meet the team

The OTC team have a diverse range of skills and abilities that can support engagement and understanding of applying holistic approaches to everyday life. More importantly we are dedicated to promoting happiness and well-being in the communities we work in. We all have individual experiences that have led to the creation of this organisation and are passionate in sharing the benefits.

We aim to help people understand that they can take control of their inner-state and through the application of the techniques we promote, increase inner peace and, happiness in all areas of life. Please see our timetable, classes and events page for an idea of the courses that we run. We are continuously developing new ideas to bring to the community and we know that you will love them.

Sara Reed

Co-founder
Yoga Instructor
Mindfulness Teacher
Mindset and Well-being Coach

As a former English teacher, I have identified the need to incorporate ways of managing challenging emotions in education. I believe that all people should have the knowledge and understanding of mindfulness activities that are proven to reduce symptoms of stress, anxiety, worry and depression. The current epidemic of poor mental health is paramount to my dedication to support people from all walks of life who are struggling with challenging emotions. Happiness is already within us and I intend to help people begin to cultivate their own happy place despite challenging external circumstances.

Tracey Robb

Co-founder
Teacher and Horticulture Therapist

I have worked in education for over 20 years and over recent years the rise in numbers of students being diagnosed with stress and anxiety is staggering. After seeing how it affects their lives in such a dramatic way, I jumped at the opportunity to co-found this project and work with a great team of people who really want to make a difference. My passion for plants and horticulture and, belief in the healing powers of nature have inspired me to focus on horticulture therapy as a means of improving overall health and well-being.
